So you want to bash on Invisible Children?  Cool, what are doing to improve world issues then? Oh, Nothing? Then where the fuck do you stand to criticize Invisible Children?

Apparently it’s the new “hipster” thing to do to think every non-profit organization is a conspiracy.  Someone I considered a friend posted a status on facebook today stating that people are getting too “trend happy” and following BS charitable causes. This came from someone who I see trying so hard to be “hipster” on a daily basis, wearing ~super cool wolf shirts and posting Instagram pictures nonstop on Facebook.  

I’m getting pretty sick of the sudden surge of people hating on IC.  Your “proof” of their financial spendings being kept for themselves, and ulterior motives for sending troops to Uganda is just as much proof as the rest of us that are pro IC.  They’re just words on a some website.  Maybe IC isn’t as great as I hope they are, but maybe they are.  Personally, I would rather just hope that humanity isn’t complete shit.  So have fun being pessimistic I guess.  Meanwhile I’ll help them out as much as I can, because why not? 
Honestly I think the whole anti-IC thing is just a big excuse to make those people feel ok about not donating their time or money to a good cause.  Because they’re lazy fucks that don’t want to try to do anything good in the world, cause that would cut into their own important lives. 
Well guess what, if you’re one of the people I described in the last couple sentences, you are definitely not any better than people that do have faith in IC.  If IC is a fraud, then you’re just as selfish and greedy as them.

I needed to rant about this.
All I know is I’m going to do all I can for IC.  I believe in them.

I love sleeping next to him and cuddling him. However I get spoiled with this much too much. It’s hard for me to sleep without him now. I get a bit sad when I know a cuddle-less night is ahead. I miss him so much when he’s not by my side. I just love him so much. He is the best boy around. I can’t wait for the rest of our lives together <333

My original 4 classes I’d planned on taking this semester turned into 7 after I decided to take choir again.
I’m scared.
but it’s still awesome.  I think this semester will be the most beneficial of all.

Got a laptop. It’s crazy awesome and it is so nice to finally have a computer all to myself. I love it.

I love folk music. Can’t get enough of it right now.
Specifically Laura Marling at the moment.
